Indian AI infrastructure startup Neysa has secured up to $600 million in equity financing from Blackstone and its co-investors, granting the US private equity firm a majority stake. The Mumbai-based "new cloud" provider, which offers dedicated GPU capacity to enterprises and AI developers, plans to raise an additional $600 million in debt financing to expand its infrastructure. Neysa currently operates approximately 1,200 GPUs, aims to deploy over 20,000, and targets more than tripling its revenue next year as demand for local AI computing in India surges.
